Adds delta measurements and calculates new usages based on these measurements. The entire batch needs to be valid to add new delta measurements. The following delta measurements will be rejected: - Measurements with negative values. - Measurements with a date in the future. - Measurements with a date before the usages settled date. - Measurements where the interval is smaller than the minimum allowed flow interval (1 hour for gas, 15 minutes for electricity). - Measurements where the until date is before the from date. If the calculation fails, the measurements will still be saved but no new usages will be created.
